A little more info.....

I worked in upper level customer service & data processing positions for over 8 years. Not to toot my own horn, but I always excelled at Customer Service. I am a southern girl at heart (born in Arkansas) (and NO my brother is not my uncle) ;-). I really enjoy helping my customers. While I do have people help with the production side, the design aspect is all done be me.
I have lived in many places..... CA, OR, NC, KY, Chicago, FL & now have moved back home to Arkansas to be closer to family. I was brought up with the values that giving your word,  means that you do not go back on it. Another reason I am so passionate about customer service is just like all of you I have to experience  poor customer service all the time, everywhere.
I started doing embroidery and embroidery design not knowing if I would like it or if I had a knack for it.  My previous profession was not challenging. I quickly fell in love with embroidery/imprinting especially the design aspect. In many ways the designs are like children to me. I start with a vision then work to put it all together. There is always a part of me that is like 'Will they like it?' Our customers are not just an order number to us.

To me embroidery is a form of artwork. Good quality embroidery has such a beauty to it....even if it is just lettering. I guess you could say I am an embroidery 'snob'. I want all my embroidery to be the best quality possible. What I enjoy most about embroidery is the creative process. Many of my customers come to me with an idea in their mind. My job is to help them create it. I love helping them do this.
